Based on the data gathered from the cur rentdissertation, MAPFRE has to undertake the following changes to support an internationalization process. Firstly, it is significant to generate an icon of something to which people could relate, to establish a unique, competent service. Secondly, internationalization is likely to mean bringing together a range of resources and skills and focusing activity through teams. Thirdly, the researcher states that MAPFRE needed to understand customers desire in terms of a relationship. Other changes were described in the dissertation in details as well.
